Do I need to do anything to prepare my home before my carpet cleaning?
We recommend you remove items off of your furniture like electronics, plants, lamps, vases Etc.
Will you move my furniture for me?
We do move furniture upon request at no extra cost. Once the cleaning is completed, we will return furniture to its rightful place on protective foam blocks as needed. We will move most furniture that can be safely moved. There are some items we won't move, such as: pianos, electronics, china cabinets, large beds, dressers with attached mirrors, pool tables, etc.
How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
Dry time depends on the humidity, temperature and air flow to the cleaned areas. It can take anywhere between 6-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry, depending on the aforementioned variables. Using fans in any rooms cleaned, can help speed up drying time.
